We are looking for an exceptionally analytical leader to create and manage our centralized Process Engineering team. This leadership role will be responsible for standardizing the process improvement governance processes and facilitate the sharing of process engineering resources, methodologies, tools, and techniques. The ideal applicant should be an experienced and established leader with the right balance of analytical skills as well as strategic intuition and know-how.
You will be responsible for leading a team of Managers and Analysts that provide program related services and support to the whole organization, as well as defining the strategy for preserving and maximizing value. A real self-starter, you should have a passion for digging into all facets of operations and solving hard problems -- plus a proven track record of getting things done.
The Impact You Will Make

  • Support and mature multidisciplinary end-to-end views of the organization providing alignment across business strategies, experiences, processes, data, technology, integration, and infrastructure.
  • Systematically analyze and improve business processes in close partnership with the businesses to achieve maximum efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
  • Lead cross-functional teams throughout the change process and ensure that there's strong collaboration across companies/geographies; you need to be effective in holding people accountable.
  • Establish an agile integration project framework, which includes clear communication plans, disciplined timelines, effective review processes, thorough risk management, and the flexibility to react to learnings which arise during integration.
  • Establish and mature a companywide pipeline, governance, and benefits tracking of processes optimization opportunities using an Enterprise Benefits Framework to track the business value generated by these opportunities.
  • Participates in the design of leading-edge approaches and solutions utilizing broad knowledge, best practices and benchmarking. Develops strategic decisions.
  • Provide timely transparency and ensure regular management review of the company's key metrics to empower a data-driven organization for optimal decision making and the removal of impediments.
  • Demonstrate creativity in approaching and solving problems, new and different ways to bring vision and structure to gray space, deep understanding of how the consumer thinks and behaves to generate insights, design thinking led research methodologies/techniques, to drive the business forward.


What You Bring To The Table

  • 8-10 years of consulting, professional services, strategy development, advisory, or transformation programs.
  • 5+ years of people management experience required.
  • Provide direct and indirect leadership, leading strategic project(s) related to change & adoption, organizational design, operational excellence, operating model design, data and business analysis, and technology adoption.
  • Extensive experience in operating model and process design (process flows, narratives, operating procedures, control frameworks) and documentation preparation using Miro (or similar application).
  • Extensive Lean Sigma, Design Thinking or similar process design experience with proven success going from current state documentation and opportunity identification through change and return on investment evaluation.
  • Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
  • Strong attention to detail; digs into all of the minutiae and understands every aspect of the business; you love to learn and when something isn't clear you figure it out
  • Critical thinker with strong analytical skills (you are an expert at SQL skills a plus); you bring solutions to the table based on thorough analyses
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator with experience communicating with all levels up to and including executive management.
  • Influencing and consulting skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
