Everspring is a leading provider of education technology and service solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented, quantitative and data-driven Financial Analyst to join our finance team. As a strategic finance partner, you will collaborate with every team at Everspring to perform financial analysis, generate budgets and forecasts, and build financial and operating models to support key tactical and strategic decisions for the company. You will join Everspring as a key team player as we build and expand the sophistication of our financial processes, enabling us to effectively scale our business.

This position reports to the Director of FP&A and is based in Chicago, Illinois. Everspring operates in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities: 

• Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reporting, including:
• Prepare and analyze monthly client P&Ls, functional financial reports and non-financial reports for internal stakeholders and the executive team
• Responsibility for maintaining and reporting non-financial KPIs in financial reports
• Manage staff cost allocations between clients and product lines
• Prepare profitability analysis for quarterly board meetings
• Participate in annual budget process, and quarterly financial forecasts
• Prepare revenue and student forecasts and budgets
• Prepare departmental cost forecasts and budgets
• Client-level reporting to support Client Engagement function

Other responsibilities:

• Leverage critical thinking skills and knowledge of financial systems to support and identify system enhancements and process optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders and executives
• Manage and maintain financial models for new business opportunities
• Provide extensive ad hoc reporting, analysis and insight

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or similar field is required
•  2+ years financial analysis or budgeting experience
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Experience working with Netsuite, Tableau, and Salesforce
• Strong Financial modeling experience preferred
